Dnyanesh is a word about knowing. We use it plainly: know the number, know the face, know whether a frame will still feel right at six in the evening.

Contact lenses are fitted here, not posted in a box. If a pair needs a doctor rather than a new number, we say so.
What we will not pretend.
- The sight check uses the autorefractor. It is not a hospital eye exam.
- Contact lenses are fitted in the chair. They are not in the online bag.
- We do not invent a brand wall. If a frame is acetate or titanium, we say so.
- An online bag is a request. You are not charged until the clinic confirms it.
